Carol Lee Brosseau
Miller Gaffney '02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau '03 are the hosts of "Art Breakers," which premieres Sunday evening on the Ovation cable channel. The show explores their careers as art brokers who connect collectors, buyers and artists. The duo filmed four episodes which will air throughout October beginning Sunday Oct. 4 7 p.m. Central. Ovation has more than 50MM subscribers. They also help artists through their OvationDigital Arts Network. They're hopeful of receiving the green light to shoot more. The people and people I made at Baylor certainly shaped and impacted my life. Karen Pope from the Art History department. I was able to attend a lot of the classes I took under Dr. Pope. She also took me to Chicago and Paris to study art. It was an amazing opportunity to study art with her. I can recall her declaring that art history was a huge piece of work and that we need to be looking for the right pieces. My father owned a car dealership, so I was required to work there during the summer. In one summer, I worked as a mechanic's assistant changing brake pads and oil.
