Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24, 1981) is an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential candidate, as well as hosting a TV show on MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and former host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they would not be on the show, at the end of May in 2021. They wanted to create their own project, which they named Breaking Points. Ball co-hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast along with Kyle Kulinski. She has also appeared as a guest on various networks, including CNN, CNBC, Fox News as well as programs like Real Time with Bill Maher. As of the year 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball says that her interest in politics due to the fact that she became pregnant during the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the outcome of the 2008 US presidential election during her time in Jordan. She observed how it affected the citizens of the country and gained an appreciation for US politics' global impact. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 through July 2015, she was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. She hosted The Cycle, a show on MSNBC, from June 2012 until July 2015.
